Using Luggage Service at Airport on Arrival :

  • Luggage Storage and/or Delivery to Hotel
  • Luggage Storage and/or Delivery to Singapore Cruise Center or Ferry Terminal
  • Luggage Storage and/or Delivery to Residence, Office, Service Apartment & Other Location.

Steps :

  1. Advance-book online & confirm to use service at least 18 hours before your arrival.
  2. Handover your luggage to us at airport arrival waiting area (located after the custom clearance) when we welcome and meet you on your arrival.We will be carrying a sign with your name.
  3. Collect a baggage claim voucher
  4. Proceed to your meeting or leisure plan, straight from airport.
  5. Collect your luggage
    - At hotel, collect it from hotel concierge when you check in
    - At airport, receive it at airport check-in counter at your specified meeting time.
    - At departure area of cruise/ferry/train terminal at your specified meeting time.
 

 Note :

  1. Check Pickup & Delivery time-table here
  2. We will await for guest at arrival waiting area for up to 45 minutes.
  3. Guest should call us at 62420002 if they arrive later and want to continue to use the service.
  4. No refund for no show, unless cancellation notice is provided by email, 12 hours before arrival time.
