Advance-book online & confirm to use service at least 18 hours before your arrival.
Handover your luggage to us at airport arrival waiting area (located after the custom clearance) when we welcome and meet you on your arrival.We will be carrying a sign with your name.
Collect a baggage claim voucher
Proceed to your meeting or leisure plan, straight from airport.
Collect your luggage
- At hotel, collect it from hotel concierge when you check in
- At airport, receive it at airport check-in counter soon after you call our toll-free 1800 2420002
- At departure area of cruise/ferry/train terminal at a meeting time specified by you.

We will await for guest at arrival waiting area for up to 45 minutes.
Guest should call us our toll-free 1800-2420002 if they arrive later and want to continue to use the service.
No refund for no show, unless cancellation notice is provided by email, 12 hours before arrival time.
