Using Service at Hotel on Checkout Day for :

  • Luggage Delivery (with Storage) to Singapore Changi Airport.
  • Luggage Delivery (with Storage) to Singapore Cruise Centre and Ferry Terminal.
  • Luggage Delivery (with Storage) to Train Railway Station.

 Steps :

  1. Call us or have your hotel call us to arrange for a delivery, at least 1 day before your departure. 
  2. Provide us your name, contact, passport number (needed for verification of bag ownership later) & departure details.
  3. Leave your bags to your hotel concierge anytime before noon. You are not required to meet us to handover the bags. 
  4. Inform concierge that your bags will be collected by Porter Xpress for delivery to airport-storage.
  5. Proceed to attend to your business or leisure plan after hotel checkout.
  6. Receive your luggage before your departure at :
    a) Cruise, ferry or train terminal departure area at your specified meeting time.
    b) Airport check-in counter area soon after you call us at toll-free 1800 2420002 on a pay-phone at any terminal (1,2 or 3).

 Note :

  1. We require to see your passport for luggage ownership verification when luggage are handed to you.

  3. Airline require passengers be at airport 2 hours before flight departure. We are not responsible for missing flight, if luggage is not collected timely.
  4. Unclaimed luggage may be sent to airport 'Lost & Found.
