Using Service at Service Apartment on Checkout Day for :

  • Luggage Delivery (with Storage) to Singapore Changi Airport.

 Steps :

  1. Call us or have your service apartment reception call us to arrange for a delivery, at least 24 hours before your departure. 
  2. Provide us your name, contact, passport number (needed for verification of bag ownership when luggage are returned to you) & departure details.
  3. Leave your bags to the reception counter or concierge anytime before noon.
  4. Inform counter staff that your bags will be collected by Porter Xpress for delivery to airport-storage.You are NOT required to wait and meet us.
  5. Proceed to attend to your business or leisure plan after hotel checkout.
  6. Receive your luggage before your departure at your airport check-in counter at your specified meeting time.
 

 Note :

  1. We require to see your passport for luggage ownership verification when luggage are handed to you.
  2. Check Pickup & Delivery time-table here..
  3. Airline require passengers be at airport 2 hours before flight departure. We are not responsible for missing flight, if luggage is not collected timely.
  4. Unclaimed luggage may be sent to airport 'Lost & Found'.
