Using Service at Train Railway on arrival for :

  • Luggage Delivery (with Storage) to Hotel
  • Luggage Delivery (with Storage) to Singapore Changi Airport.

 Steps :

  1. Advance-book the service online and confirm to use service at least 18 hours before your arrival.
  2. Handover your luggage to us at terminal arrival waiting area when we welcome and meet you on your arrival. We will be holding a sign with your name.
  3. Collect a baggage claim voucher.
  4. Proceed with your leisure plan while your luggage is stored and/or delivered to your destination.
  5. Collect your luggage when you reach airport or hotel :
    a) At hotel, collect your luggage from the hotel concierge when you check in, by presenting to the baggage collection voucher.
    b) At airport check-in counter area soon after you call us at toll-free 1800 2420002 on a pay-phone at any terminal (1,2 or 3).
 

 Note :

  1. We require to see your passport to verify luggage ownership.
  2. Check Pickup & Delivery time-table here..
  3. We will await for guest at arrival waiting area for up to 30 minutes. 
  4. Guest should call us our toll-free 1800-2420002 if they arrive later and want to continue to use the service.
  5. No refund for no show, unless cancellation notice is provided by email, 12 hours before arrival time.
  6. Airline require passengers be at airport 2 hours before flight departure. We are not responsible for missing flight, if luggage is not collected timely.
  7. Unclaimed luggage may be sent to airport 'Lost & Found.
