Suntec Singapore is a world-renowned, international venue for meetings, conventions and exhibitions, with 100,000 square metres of available floor space, Suntec Singapore can cater to events up to 10,000 people. Situated in the Central Business District, while only 20 minutes from Changi International Airport, Suntec Singapore is at the heart of a self-contained, totally integrated events infrastructure.  Concierge Service at Suntec Convention Centre

Luggage concierge service : luggage storage and delivery between airport, hotel and the convention halls. The delegates and event attendees enjoy hassle-free visit to the event hands-free without having to lug their luggage along. On arrival at airport, luggage is delivered to hotel while they attend to conference or tradeshow straight from airport. On day of checkout at hotel, the luggage is delivered to airport and returned to airport check-in counter before flight departure. It saves time returning to hotel to collect left luggage after hotel checkout and provides more time for meetings and leisure even on the last day.  Facilities at Suntec Convention Centre

Convention Halls
Large column-free meeting area in Asia, spanning 12,000 sq.m of total floor space. Multi-functional and flexible, the halls are used for conventions, exhibitions, banquets and concerts.They can accommodate up to 10,000 delegates in theatre-style seating or 10,600 square metres of exhibition space.
Exhibition Halls
Covering 12,000 square metres of space that can be subdivided into four sections, the Exhibition Halls are located on Level 4.
Ballroom
The Ballroom is a versatile, sub-dividable function hall that can accommodate up to 1,800 delegates in theatre-style seating and up to 1,300 delegates in banquet-style seating. With a total floor area of 2,150 square metres and a spacious pre-function foyer, the Ballroom offers an elegant location for themed parties and wedding dinners.
Concourse
The Concourse is a multi-purpose open area spanning 930 square metres of flexible space and featuring 3-storey high panoramic windows. It offers the perfect setting for opening ceremonies, networking parties, wedding dinners and small exhibitions. The Concourse can seat up to 600 persons banquet-style seating.
Meeting Rooms
Suntec Singapore has a total of 31 meeting rooms, which can accommodate groups from 10 to 400 people. All rooms are fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual, theatrical and lighting equipment. There is also a VIP Executive Suite featuring its own lounge and bar area that can seat up to 26 delegates.
