About MICE

MICE is the acronym for Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition. MICE commonly refers to tourism of large groups participating an event, with a certain objective, and planned in advanced in an organised manner in a formal location. MICE events are normally bid by specialized convention bureaus located in particular countries and cities. Marketing and bidding is normally conducted well in advance of the actual event, often several years. Incentive tourism is associated to an employee reward event planned by a company or institution.
