Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park is the latest theme park attraction in Asia as at end of 2012. The 60,000 sq feet indoor facility will comprise of Sanrio Hello Kitty Town, The Little Big Club and Lat's Place, this indoor theme park is in the state of Johor, Malaysia. The Little Big Club is designed around HIT Entertainment's popular characters namely Thomas & Friends™, Bob the Builder™, Angelina Ballerina™; Barney & Friends™ and Pingu™. Lat's Place is a themed family restaurant of the popular local cartoonist, Lat. At a later date, the 300-room Traders Hotel, managed by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts group will be opened. There will be a 100,000 sq. ft. of retail space of shopping to complement the full day of entertainment activity at the themepark.

The four storey entertainment centre in Puteri Harbor will host walk-through attractions, play structures, various interactive activities and a Hello Kitty-themed rides.

Friendship Land is a playground with tea cup rides and with opportunities for phot-taking with Hello Kitty and friends. This is where children can celebrate birthday with Hello Kitty at Apple and Strawberry Party Rooms.
